Supplier Account Policy
(Part Two: Policy for creating and using a buyer’s account on the platform) Introduction:
Imdaad platform is a digital solution for purchasing management and is also considered a digital solution for shopping management: The Imdaad platform, through its digital services, provides the advantage of business transactions between companies, and helps to implement and manage their purchases digitally, including issuing reports, invoice management, supplier management, and others. In addition to the digital solutions the platform provides for purchasing management, it provides the advantage of shopping for buyers by providing the service of submitting orders to suppliers, in order to obtain a competitive advantage among suppliers to provide the best services and offers for submitted orders in a way that achieves speed and quality in procedures.
9- Create a (buyer account) on the platform:
9-1 If the user wishes to register on the platform as a buyer, he must create an account to access the service available through the platform and choose the account type (buyer account).
9-2 By choosing the desired account type, the platform requests the user to provide his personal data and what qualifies him to grant a use license according to the type requested. For example, but not limited to, the platform will request the email address, approved phone number, company documents, type of representation, proof of capacity, etc.
9-3 If the mandatory requirements and information for registration are not disclosed, registration will be suspended until the required requirements are completed.
10 - Maintaining privacy and accuracy of the information provided:
10-1 The user must provide all the required information in accordance with what is specified in the platform with accuracy, transparency, clarity and honesty. The responsibility falls on the user to provide any false, incorrect or misleading data and he bears any responsibility arising from that or due to its legal effect.
10-2 The platform reserves the right to stop, suspend or restrict accounts that are not real or under which the applicant and/or registered account holder is unable to submit the required documents. The platform will not be responsible for any costs, expenses or responsibilities incurred by the user or his clients due to the information. Inaccurate.
10-3 The User must cooperate with requests issued by the Platform to obtain additional information regarding eligibility for use, or to provide a digital solution for any of the services provided on the Platform, or for any other reason related to improving the customer experience.
10-4 By agreeing to this agreement and granting a license to use, the main account has the right to conclude transactions and bear all obligations. Accordingly, the privacy of the data and password must be maintained and not disclosed. The responsibility rests solely with the user to maintain privacy and restrict access to and use of his account. And the password, and the user is responsible for all activities that take place on the account, including concluding transactions, assuming obligations, granting sub-accounts and the powers granted to them, etc.
10-5 If registration as a buyer account is completed, the user’s profile will contain general information available to other users that facilitates the process of communication and concluding deals, including, for example: the personal profile, the name of the business, the field of service, and product specifications, if any.
10-6 The platform has the right to circulate this personal information and data through its various platforms, websites or applications and to reproduce, publish or promote the product or services without restriction or condition.
10-7 The user must notify the platform immediately through the approved means of communication between the parties of any unauthorized use of the password or private account or any suspicion of electronic piracy or any other violation of the standards of safe use of the platform.
10-8 All information, operations and communication mechanisms conducted by the user through his main account or his sub-accounts must be in compliance with the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In particular, the user, as a buyer, and his employees and representatives must at all times adhere to With the following:
A- Compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
B- Not to violate any intellectual or proprietary rights of any third party.
C - Not to promote, include, or display information or requests that are inaccurate, unethical, false, or misleading in any way to the platform or to any user, or that are inconsistent with the ethics of commercial professions and merchants, including but not limited to: impersonation or alleged impersonation. The identity of any other person, or a request or offer for the purpose of revealing or manipulating competitors or prices, etc.
D- Not to violate any considerations related to Islamic culture, etiquette, values, moral principles or traditions, or do anything offensive, illegal or inappropriate in any way. E- Do not order any product or service on the platform unless you have the legal right to do so.
11- Eligibility criteria for creating a buyer account:
11-1 In addition to what was mentioned in Clause No. (7) of this agreement, the user must, in particular, possess a valid commercial license and a current, active and valid value-added tax certificate.
11-2 The user must provide proof of his capacity as an authorized representative, representative, or agent, and ensure that the persons acting on his behalf or his company are authorized and have full legal capacity to represent, conclude terms and conditions, and assume obligations.
12- Payment service provider services:
12-1 The platform works with payment service providers to facilitate different types of payment services. For the purposes of this agreement, the platform has the right to share the buyer’s account information and transactions with payment service providers, for example: order details, product images, and invoice amount.
