Privacy Policy

Personal Information:

Any private information related to a natural or legal person. For the purposes of this Agreement, and where the context so requires, the terms “you” and “your” shall mean any person who uses the Platform or services in any way, including, but not limited to, persons that browse and/or search the Platform and its contents or post comments, use the chat feature or any content or respond to any advertisement, products or content listed on the Platform.

1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use:

1.1 The provision of the Platform and its services shall be subject to the terms and policies of privacy and use. Registration on the Platform, or using the services provided on it, and clicking the “Accept” icon in the field of terms and privacy policy shall be deemed an acknowledgment that the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy have been read, understood, agreed to, and adhered to.

1.2 The use of any part of the services provided on the Platform shall be deemed an implicit consent by the user to abide by any guideline for such service, which can be changed and/or updated from time to time at the Platform’s discretion. Such changes shall be effective as of the date on which they are published on the Platform according to the mechanism and policy set forth in this Agreement.

1.3 The Platform shall have the right to make any partial and/or full modification and/or update to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and/or any guideline to any service provided on the Platform, at its absolute discretion and at any time.

1.4 The updates of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and the guidelines shall not apply retroactively. If any future amendments and/or updates are not acceptable to a user, it shall stop using the Platform and its services. If the user continues to use the Platform and its services after any of such amendments, updates and /or modifications are published, this shall be deemed an implied acceptance by the user.

1.5 The Platform shall notify users through one of the means of communication approved by the parties to update the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and guidelines, in order to obtain its approval. Such updates shall be effective as of the date on which they are published on the Platform. The user shall be responsible for checking the latest terms and conditions and keeping a copy thereof. The use of the Platform after notification shall be deemed an implied acknowledgment of the user's consent.

1.6 The Platform shall have the right to provide a translation for the Arabic version of such terms and conditions into other languages. The Arabic version shall prevail and govern the terms of the relationship between the user and the Platform, regardless of any other translation available. Furthermore, in the event of a discrepancy between the versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.

1.7 The Platform shall have the right to monitor the use from time to time, for security purposes and within the limits it guarantees, by using human monitors or automated programs to mark certain words associated with spam or scams sent from one user to another on the Platform. Communication between users shall take place using communication features that are available for the service and the Platform and may only be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Maintaining the Privacy and Accuracy of the Information Provided:

2.1 The user shall provide all the required information according to what is specified on the Platform, while maintaining accuracy, transparency, clarity, and honesty. The user shall be held liable for providing any false, incorrect, or misleading data and shall bear any responsibility that results in a legal effect.

2.2 The Platform reserves the right to stop, suspend or restrict accounts that are not genuine or whose registered applicants and/or holders are unable to provide the required documents. The Platform shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, or liabilities incurred by the user or its clients due to the inaccurate information.

2.3 The user shall cooperate in terms of the requests issued by the Platform to obtain additional information regarding eligibility for use, to provide a digital solution for any of the services provided on the Platform, or for any other reason related to improving the customer experience.

2.4 Pursuant to the approval of this Agreement and the granting of the license to use, the main account shall have the right to conclude transactions and assume all obligations. Accordingly, the privacy of the data and password shall be maintained and the same shall not be disclosed. The user shall solely be responsible for maintaining the privacy and restricting access to and use of its account and password. The user shall be responsible for all activities that take place on the account, including concluding transactions, assuming obligations, granting sub-accounts, and the powers granted to them, among others.

2.5 In the event that the registration is completed as a supplier account, the user's profile shall contain general information available for viewing by other users that facilitates communication and the concluding of transactions, including, for example: the profile, the name of the business, the field of service and product specifications if any.

2.6 The Platform shall have the right to circulate this personal information and data through its various platforms, websites, or applications and to return, publish or promote the product or services without restriction or condition.

2.7 The user shall notify the Platform immediately, through the means of communication approved by the parties, of any unauthorized use of the password or private account, or of any suspicion of electronic piracy, or of any other breach of the standards of safe use of the Platform.

2.8 All information, operations, and communication mechanisms conducted by the user through its main account or sub-accounts shall be consistent with the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In particular, the user as a supplier, and its employees and representatives shall, at all times, comply with the following:

A. Compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. B. Not to violate any intellectual or proprietary rights of any third party. C. Not to promote, include or display inaccurate, immoral, or erroneous information, or which is misleading in any way for the Platform or any user, or is inconsistent with the ethics of commercial professions and merchants, including, but not limited to, impersonation, alleged impersonation, or making requests or offers in order to expose or manipulate competitors or prices, etc. D. Compliance with relevant national laws, industry standards and international standards of the product, including, but not limited to: packaging rules, product safety, testing, labeling, pricing, etc. E. Not to sell, display or promote any product on the Platform without having the legal right to do so. F. Not to violate any considerations related to Islamic culture, morals, values, moral principles, and traditions, or to do anything offensive, illegal, or inappropriate in any way.
