What are the registeration requirements ?

Registeration to Emdad Digital Platform is for enterprises of all sizes. Once the owner puts in the registeration data through Wathiq, it will connect the platform to the governmental database to verify and authenticate the information

 

Is registeration free ?

Emdad Digital Platform offers a number of subscriptions: - Basic - Silver - Golden - Platinum (Upgrade)


Is registeration available only for the enterprises' owner ?

Yes, to link the organization to the governemental database. Once registeration is complete, the main user can eaily add users with customizable authorities


Subscriptions

Can I upgrade the enterprise's subscription type ?

Yes, upgrade is possible by discounting the previous periods' cost from the new subscription


Requisitions

How do I create a requisition ?

Requisitions are made by selecting categories, items and item details; upon registeration, user training is available through the platform


Can I track my orders ?

Yes, all orders can be tracked from creation to reception


Is there a limit to the number of requisitions that can be made

per day ?

"There is a daily orders limit in Emdad Market, but direct orders are limiless "


Can I add several items within one day ?

Yes, you can add several items from different categories within a requisition, number of categoties per requisition depends on the subscription


Where are requestitions sent to ?

"Requisitions are sent in two ways: Direct way: in which you select a supplier from your list to directly sent the requse to Emdad Market: in which all suppliers available in the platform who support the requsition's categry can provide a quotation"


Can I pre-schedule orders ?

Yes, based on the subscription, you can pre-schedule orders for a number of times throughout the year


Quotations & Negotiation

Can the price offer be modified after put it up ?

Yes, quotations are open for negotiations and changes on price, quantity, and delivery date upon agreement


Do I recieve all items in my order as one or multiple shipments ?

Both options are available, it depends on the prior agreement with the supplier


Is there a limit to how many quotations I can receive ?

There is no limit


How are quotations handled ?

Once requisition is sent and quotations have been received, you are able to contact the supplier to accept, reject or negotiate to make changes to the requisition details. Once a quotation is accepted, it must be approved by management


Approvals

How are purchase orders handled ?

Purchase orders are the final stage of an approved quotation, they can be approved within the system according to the authorities given in the user management


Can purchase orders be cancelled ?

Once a purchse order in approved, it is official and legally binding; it can only be cancelled per both parties' agreement or in the cases illustarted in the platform's policies and procuders


Payment

What are the available payment options ?

Payments can be made through bank transfers or e-payment (mada and Visa)


How are refunds handled ?

Refunds can be made if a shipment was not received in the agreed upon time. More details can be found in the platform's policies and procudures


How long a credit period are clients entitled to ?

Our clients can enjoy a credit period of 30-120 days based on the subscription and credit agreement


Is there a credit ceiling the clients are limited to ?

Yes, the credit ceiling ranges from 500,000SAR to 1,000,000SAR based on subscription


Where is data stored ? 

All user data is stored in a safe cloud storage
